Programming your Helpdesk Button is quick and easy! The purpose of this page is to guide you through the initial stage and get you to the point where you can program your buttons onto your account.

Before you start your adventure, please note there are 2 primary forms of contact for support. Our email support [-at]- tier2.tech is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm eastern time. If you happen to send a support ticket after hours, it will be answered next business day. The second form of contacting support is through our discord community. Discord does tend to get quicker response times, and we do often check even after hours. Discord is our recommended form of contacting us.

The abridged version of the install process is creating an account, add your company logos onto your account, change the desktop icon’s name, rebuild msi and install, press and hold the button for 10 seconds once the agent is installed.

Step by Step guide –

Please note: you do NOT need a Helpdesk Button on every machine. We recommend you giving them to that one overly demanding customer ( you know who we’re talking about ), CEOs, and anyone new.

Do not forget to take your Helpdesk Button on your next sales meeting. Every company is offering a similar if not the same solution to that customer’s needs. Set yourself apart and show them how easy it could be to submit a ticket with your company.
