We hope the Festivus Miracle of phones ceasing to ring for the time being has reached you and that you and your clients are wrapping up their 2020 with a little bit of rest. For many reasons that you may share, 2020 has been wild for the Tier2Technologies team and our sister MSP, but beyond that, it’s fair to say that we’ve been crazy focused on churning out valuable tools that we hope you’ve enjoyed.

You don’t have to go to a new version to use these features, just login and customize these features and push them live!

Bug Fixes

• Syncro/Repairshopr API Update. Syncro deprecated the original API tokens our product was built on, so we updated the API and documentation to use the correct key. If you’re a Syncro/RepairShopr returning after a few months, make sure you follow the updated directions to activate our service!
• Added a PowerShell workaround for renaming shortcut to documentation. Programmatically rename your shortcut instead of having to uninstall and reinstall.
• Script Timeout doubled. Doubled timeout to 60 seconds and changed to delayed-start.
