Take a look at our new client for both Mac and Windows

Mac and Windows 2.0 client are now live in open beta. Over the past year, we reworked major parts of the platform to support cross-platform development and give us more flexibility going forward. This update keeps the Tier2Tickets experience familiar while expanding what the platform can do.

Tier2Tickets – Mac Client Support

The Mac client is now live in open beta. MSPs that support Mac users can expect the client to provide Diagnostic Reports, Ticket Submission, and Manual Report Collection. While we would have liked our Mac client to be a one-to-one match with the Windows version, certain macOS limitations prevent us from offering every feature in the same way, such as screen capture.

Windows Client v2.0

After a major overhaul of the underlying systems, we’re at a place where we’re comfortable going to market with our new offering. The Windows client 2.0 will be visually the same to both MSPs / end users and will grant additional diagnostics on the report.

The new client also brings the ability of of admin assists. Currently there is only one approved assist of this kind but we’re open to your feedback.

We’re doubling down on our commitment to grow Tier2Tickets and make it the perfect ticket, every time. We recently expanded our dev team, and we continue to invest in ongoing development across the platform. To keep expanding and improving the service, we need the resources to do it the right way.

To continue improving the platform and expanding support, we’re updating pricing for the first time since launch. If you are an existing paying customer then you will see no changes to your billing. The following price changes are for new customers and customers who have remained on our free tier.
